摘　　要：目的研究盐酸右美托咪定注射液在蛛网膜下腔麻醉子宫肌瘤切除术中的应用。方法选入本院2018年1月~2019年2月收治患者104例,随机分为咪达唑仑组(52例施咪达唑仑)及右美托咪定组(52例施盐酸右美托咪定注射液),两组均进行蛛网膜下腔麻醉,对比麻醉效果。结果右美托咪定组0.5 h时段收缩压、舒张压显著高于咪达唑仑组,0.5 hBIS值显著低于咪达唑仑组。结论蛛网膜下腔麻醉子宫肌瘤切除术中应用盐酸右美托咪定注射液起到较好麻醉效果,有临床推广价值。Objective To study the application of dextromethadine hydrochloride injection in subarachnoid anaesthesia of uterine myoma.Methods 104 patients were enrolled in our hospital from August,2011 to February,2019.2,and randomly divided into midazolam group(52 cases midazolam)and dexmedetomidine group(52 cases of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride injection).Both groups were given subarachnoid anesthesia to compare the anesthesia effect.Results The diastolic pressure and diastolic pressure were significantly higher than that of midazolam and 0.5 hBIS were significantly lower than that of midazolam.Conclusion The application of dextromethadine hydrochloride injection in subarachnoid anaesthesia of uterine myoma resection has a good anesthetic effect and is of clinical value.
