摘  要:数控往复走丝型多次切割电火花线切割技术已进入了集成化和智能化发展的时代,该类产品在特种加工机床装备中占有不可取代的地位,是目前往复走丝线切割机床进军中端模具和零件加工领域最具优势的换代产品。针对多次切割工艺所面临的难以突破的技术瓶颈,提出了解决思路及研究方向,介绍了关键核心技术的研究成果和应用前景。The technology of numerical control reciprocating wire-type multiple-cut WEDM has entered an era of integration and intelligent development.This kind of product occupies an irreplaceable position in the special processing equipment,and it is the most advantageous replacement product for the reciprocating wire machine tool in the field of middle-end molds,dies and parts processing.Aiming at the technical bottleneck that is difficult to break through in the multiple-cutting process,the solution and research direction are put forward.In this article research achievements and application prospects of key core technologies are introduced.
