摘 要:基于K15柴油机实验台架,利用仿真软件GT-POWER建立柴油机整机仿真模型,研究进气支管长度、喷油器喷孔直径和喷油提前角三因素匹配对发动机燃用F-T柴油时扭矩和NOx排放量的影响,通过极差分析和方差分析确定因素主次关系,给出相应的最优匹配方案。研究表明:进气支管长度和喷油孔直径对柴油机扭矩和NOx排放量的影响较大,喷油提前角对两者的影响较小。为使F-T柴油能在发动机上高效使用,在不损失过多动力的情况下可以降低NOx排放量,最终确定的优化方案为A2B3C1 250 mm-0.30 mm-4℃A(进气支管长度-喷油孔直径-喷油提前角)。Based on the experimental bench of K15 diesel engine, the simulation model of the whole diesel engine is established by using the simulation software GT-POWER. The effects of matching of intake branch length, injector orifice diameter and injection advance angle on the torque and NOx emission of Engine Fueled with F-T diesel fuel are studied. The primary and secondary relationship of factors is determined by range analysis and variance analysis, and the corresponding optimal matching scheme is given. The results show that the length of intake manifold and the diameter of injection hole have great influence on the torque and NOx emission of diesel engine, while the injection advance angle has little effect on them. In order to enable F-T diesel to be used efficiently in the engine, NOx emission can be reduced without losing too much power. The final optimized scheme is A2B3C1 250 mm-0.30 mm-4 ℃A(length of intake branch pipe-diameter of injection hole-injection advance angle).
