摘  要:某增压发动机在发动机标定开发时发现爆震信号幅值超过爆震窗口可监控的最大限值,带来不正常的点火角推迟问题。通过对电磁干扰、发动机硬件、标定、控制系统方面进行排查,最终锁定该问题属于发动机硬件与控制系统的集成问题。综合排查结果,制定了优化改进措施并试验验证,有效地解决了该问题,同时爆震信号检出率得以提高,误判率明显下降,均满足工程应用要求。The turbocharge engine knock control issue was found when the engine control system is calibrated. The knocking signal amplitude out of the knocking monitoring window up limit and cause the abnormal ignition angle delay. The trouble shooting work was finished through electromagnetic interference, engine hardware, calibration, control system investigation. Finally, the issue was confirmed. It is the integration issue between engine hardware and control system. Then the optimized proposal was made according the trouble shooting investigation. The verfication test was performed, the result shows the issue was solved, the knocking detection rate improved and the misjugement rate reduced, it can meet the engineering apply requirement.
