摘 要:目的了解专业型护理硕士研究生职业同一性水平,并分析其影响因素。方法2018年12月至2019年1月,便利抽样法选取全国33所普通高校的185名护理硕士专业学位(master of nursing specialist,MNS)研究生为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、大学生职业同一性问卷、中文版护理专业学生专业态度量表、大学生生涯社会支持量表及护生职业自我效能问卷对其进行调查。结果专业型护理硕士研究生职业同一性得分的中位数(四分位间距)为94.00(33.00)分。多元线性回归结果显示,性别、第一就业意向、职业自我效能感、专业态度以及生涯社会支持为MNS研究生职业同一性影响因素,可解释度为66.1%。结论专业型护理硕士研究生职业同一性处于中等偏上水平,学校及医院等相关培养机构应重视专业型护理硕士研究生择业问题,制定和实行有针对性的改进措施。Objective To investigate the status of vocational identity and its influencing factors among masters of nursing specialists(MNS)students.Methods Totally 185 MNS students from 33 universities were chosen by convenience sampling from December 2018 to January 2019 for a cross-sectional survey.The students completed a questionnaire covering demographic data,the College Students Vocational Identity Questionnaire,the Chinese version of Instrument of Professional Attitude for Student Nurses,Career Social Support Inventory for Chinese College Students and Professional Self-efficacy Questionnaire for Nursing Students.Results The median(quartile range)of MNS vocational identity scores was 94.00(33.00).Multiple linear regression result showed that gender,the first employment intention,professional self-efficacy,professional attitude and career social support were the influencing factors of MNS vocational identity,with the interpretability of 66.1%.Conclusions MNS vocational identity is at a medium level.Schools,hospitals and other relevant institutions should pay attention to MNS students’career selection issues and take action to improve it.
