摘  要:用两种不同物理性能的钼粉作为原材料,通过冷等静压、中频感应烧结和交叉轧制的方法制备出了厚度为1.8 mm的纯钼板,总变形量90%。研究了钼粉质量对纯钼板组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,采用团聚程度低、分散性好、粒度相对均匀的钼粉制备的纯钼板,其组织、密度、硬度、抗拉强度与延伸率均优于用不均匀粒径、有团聚现象的钼粉制备的纯钼板。Using two kinds of molybdenum powders with different physical properties as raw materials,pure Mo plates with a thickness of 1.8 mm and a total deformation of 90%were prepared by cold isostatic pressing,intermediate frequency induction sintering and cross rolling.The effect of Mo powder quality on microstructure and mechanical properties of pure Mo plates was studied.The results show that the pure molybdenum plates prepared by molybdenum powders with low degree of agglomeration,good dispersion and relatively uniform particle size have better microstructure,density,hardness,tensile strength and elongation than those prepared by molybdenum powders with non-uniform particle size and agglomeration.
