摘 要:利用Gleeble-3800型热模拟试验机对经过真空熔炼的Ti-25Al-15Nb-1Mo合金进行了等温压缩实验,研究了在1100~1200℃及0.1~0.5 s^-1应变速率下的高温流变曲线、微观组织演变以及不同区域的硬度变化趋势。结果表明:合金在高温变形过程中,真应力-应变曲线呈现出单峰特征,应变速率的降低或温度的升高都会使合金的流动应力降低;热变形使组织由粗大O板条和原始的B2相混合组织演变为单一B2再结晶组织。造成该合金流变软化和组织演变的主要原因是B2组织发生了动态再结晶。再结晶区的硬度值最小可至350 HV,与动态再结晶有关。The isothermal compression test of Ti-25 Al-15 Nb-1 Mo alloy melted in vacuum was carried out with Gleeble-3800 thermal simulation tester.The high temperature rheological curve,microstructure evolution and hardness change trend in different regions of the alloy at temperature of 1100~1200℃and strain rate of 0.1~0.5 s^-1 were studied.The results show that in the process of high temperature deformation,the true stress-strain curve of the alloy appears a single peak,and the flow stress of the alloy decreases with the decrease of strain rate or the increase of temperature.Thermal deformation changes the microstructure from mixed structure of coarse O-lath and original B2 phase to single B2 recrystallization structure.The main reason for the rheological softening and microstructure evolution of the alloy is the dynamic recrystallization of B2 structure.The minimum hardness of recrystallization zone is 350 HV,which is related to dynamic recrystallization.
