摘 要:采用粉末冶金法制备了AgSnO2、AgSnO2/Bi2O3、AgSnO2/TiO2三种触头材料。对制备的触头材料在DC 14 V条件下的不同电流等级进行电接触性能测试,得到接触电阻和燃弧能量参数,分析DC 14 V电压、不同电流等级下各掺杂AgSnO2触头材料电接触性能表现。结合显微组织分析结果,确定各掺杂AgSnO2触头材料在DC14 V电压下的最适用电流范围。结果表明,随着电流水平的增加,AgSnO2/Bi2O3与AgSnO2材料的接触电阻均呈现先增大后减小的趋势,AgSnO2/TiO2材料的接触电阻则呈现波动性减小的趋势,三种材料的电弧能量持续增大。添加剂的加入对AgSnO2触头材料的电接触性能有一定的改善作用。三种材料中AgSnO2/Bi2O3综合性能表现更为优异,并且在20 A的电流水平下具有最佳的整体性能。Three contact materials of AgSnO2,AgSnO2/Bi2O3 and AgSnO2/TiO2 were prepared by powder metallurgy.The electrical contact performance of the prepared contact materials was tested at different current levels and DC 14 V,and the contact resistance and arc energy parameters were obtained.The electrical contact performance of doped AgSnO2 contact materials at DC 14 V and different current levels was analyzed.Combined with the results of microstructure analysis,the most suitable current range for doped AgSnO2 contact materials at DC14 V voltage was determined.The results show that the contact resistance of AgSnO2/Bi2O3 and AgSnO2 materials increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of current level.The contact resistance of AgSnO2/TiO2 material shows a trend of decreasing in volatility.The arc energy of the material is continuously increasing.The addition of additives has a certain improvement on the electrical contact performance of AgSnO2 contact materials.AgSnO2/Bi2O3 material in the three materials has better comprehensive performance and reaches the best comprehensive performance at 20 A.
