摘　　要：主治与部位是腧穴最基本的属性,其中主治往往更受关注。然而过度关注主治效用而忽视部位因素,会导致对古代既有经验的低效利用,以及对现有理论体系解读和建构的失误。针对此类问题,应打破原有的针灸腧穴相关理论,从新的视角重识古代腧穴主治共性规律,重构针灸腧穴相关理论。在表达形式上,分横纵两个维度,横向以"类穴"、身形分部囊括,纵向则统以经脉、上下点位对应;而横纵划度的表达形式也不仅限于身形的认识,更有主治范畴和性质的倾向之别;并从《黄帝内经》前至其后的学术史视角,追溯这一认识的成形源流和模糊成因,以凸显古代腧穴理论的逻辑,建构概念理论的体系。Indications and locations are the most basic attributes of acupoints,of which the indications often receive more attention.However,paying too much attention to the effectiveness of the indication and neglecting the location factors will lead to inefficient use of the ancient experience and errors in the interpretation and construction of the existing theoretical system.Aiming at such problems,the original acupuncture and acupoints related theory should be broken,and the ancient common rules of acupoints indication were re-recognized from a new perspective,and the acupuncture and acupoints related theory was reconstructed.In the form of expression,it is divided into two dimensions of horizontal and vertical.The horizontal is covered by"grouped acupoints"and body shape distribution.The vertical direction is corresponding with meridians and upper-lower points.The expression of horizontal and vertical scale is not limited to the physical shape,but is more inclined to scope of indications and nature;from the perspective of academic history before and after Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor(《黄帝内经》),it traces the origin and vague causes of this understanding to highlight the logic of ancient acupoint theory and construct conceptual theory system.
