摘　　要：目的:分析男性不育患者外周血染色体异常核型。方法:选669例男性不育患者进行染色体核型分析。结果:其中异常核型88例,异常检出率为:13.15%。结论:对于男性不育患者,可通过早期基因检查与后期相关措施进行预防。Objective:To analyze the abnormal karyotype of peripheral blood chromosomes in male infertile patients.Methods:A total of 669 male infertile patients were selected for karyotype analysis.Results:Among them,88 cases had abnormal karyotype,and the abnormality detection rate was 13.15%.Conclusion:For male infertile patients,early genetic testing and related measures can be used for prevention.
