摘  要:秸秆灰渣含有大量的Al2O3、SiO2、Fe2O3等金属氧化物,与助溶剂焙烧后,再与HCl反应可得含有Al^3+、Fe^3+的液相组分Ⅰ;滤渣与NaOH反应得液相组分Ⅱ,Ⅰ与Ⅱ作用得聚硅酸氯化铝铁(PSAFC)。PSAFC用于处理模拟印染废水和城市污水时,pH适应范围为4~10;当用量(以Al2O3有效成分计)大于100 mg/L时,对酸性红GR、活性紫KN-4R、分散红GS、还原蓝RSN模拟印染废水的脱色率均大于90%,对城市污水的脱色率和COD去除率均大于92%。与市售聚合氯化铝(PAC)、聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)絮凝剂对比,PSAFC絮凝效果良好,脱色率和COD去除率均相近。Straw ash contains a large number of Al2O3,SiO2,Fe2O3 and other metal oxides.After calcina⁃tion with cosolvent and reaction with HCl,liquid component I containing Al^3+and Fe^3+could be obtained.The filtrate reacted with NaOH to obtain liquid component II.Polysilicate aluminum ferric chloride(PSAFC)was pre⁃pared by the reaction ofⅠandⅡ.When PSAFC was used to treat simulated printing and dyeing wastewater and urban sewage,the applicable pH range was 4~10.When the dosage(calculated by the effective composi⁃tion of Al2O3)was more than 100 mg/L,the decolorization rate of acid red GR,reactive violet KN-4R,disperse red GS and reduced blue RSN was more than 90%,and the decolorization rate and COD removal rate of urban sewage were more than 92%.Compared with polyaluminium chloride(PAC)and polyaluminium ferric chloride(PAFC)flocculant,PSAFC had a good flocculation effect,and the decolorization rate and COD removal rate were similar.
