摘 要:研究了采用微压痕法测量20号管道钢的力学性能,包括材料的弹性模量、屈服强度、应变硬化指数和真应力-真应变曲线。介绍了自制国产微压痕试验机的结构和工作原理。详细阐述了微压痕测量方法、计算方法以及分析过程中出现的问题和解决方法,通过与拉伸试验的真应力-真应变曲线对比,确认采用微压痕法对20号管道钢弹性阶段和塑性变形阶段的力学性能评价与拉伸试验的评价有良好的一致性,对弹塑性过渡段出现的误差进行了分析和讨论,对过渡段的微压痕试验优化提出了建议。The mechanical properties including young’s modulus,yield strength,strain hardening index and true stresstrue strain curve of No.20 pipe steel were investigated using the micro-indentation testing method. The structure and working principle of the self-made domestic micro-indentation testing machine were introduced. The micro-indentation measurement method,calculation method,the problems and solutions in the process of analysis method were described in detail. By comparing with the true stress-true strain curves of tensile test,it was confirmed that the micro-indentation test results of No.20 pipeline steel were well consistent with the tensile test results during elastic and plastic deformation periods. The error during elastic-plastic transition section was also analyzed and discussed. Suggestions for optimizing the micro-indentation test of the transition section were put forward.
