摘　　要：小儿过敏性鼻炎是指易感儿童接触变应原后主要由特异性IgE介导的鼻黏膜非感染性炎性疾病。在中医被称为“鼻鼽”和“鼽嚏”。王瑞萍教授以临床工作三十余年的经验方——益气化痰利鼻方治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎(肺脾气虚痰湿阻络证),其立法思路为补肺、通窍和豁痰。本文从治则治法、处方思路等方面,根据“补肺通窍豁痰法”论治小儿过敏性鼻炎,举验案一则予以例证。Allergic rhinitis refers to the susceptibility of children mainly by nasal allergen-specific IgE-mediated non-infectious inflammatory diseases.Known as"Biqiu"and"Qiuti"in Chinese medicine.Professor Wang Ruiping has been treating the allergic rhinitis(Syndrome of deficiency of lung and spleen and phlegm dampness obstructing collaterals)in children with more than 30 years of experience in clinical work.The ideas are tonifying lung,inducing resuscitation method and eliminating phlegm.This article explains the treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis based on the theory of“tonifying lung,inducing resuscitation method and eliminating phlegm”from the aspects of treatment priaciple and prescription,and gives an example of the case.
