摘 要:近十几年在排水管道的施工中,波峰结构增强塑料管因工程造价低、施工方便,得以普遍使用。但在实际工程应用中该管道基本无寿命可言,导致出现大量的修复和重建工作,而传统的修复方法多采用开挖重新埋管的方法。本文通过将改良优化后的波峰式结构增强塑料管道替换施工的新工艺运用在实际的工程案例中,得出施工成功率高,完工后的管道整体性及密闭性良好,有较高的推广应用价值。In the construction of drainage pipelines in the past ten years,the wave-structured reinforced plastic pipes have been widely used due to low engineering cost and convenient construction.However,in actual engineering applications,the pipeline has no lifespan at all,resulting in a large number of repair and reconstruction work,and the traditional repair methods often use the method of excavation and re-buried.In this paper,the new process of improving and optimizing the wave-type structure reinforced plastic pipe replacement construction is applied in the actual engineering case,and the construction success rate is high.The integrity of the pipeline and the airtightness after completion are good,and there is a high promotion and application.value.
