摘 要:主要从潜油电泵井下多参数分时传输基准电流的测量原理、电路设计及实验分析进行实现。基准电流是井下多参数测量电路空载时的本体电流,对多参数测量结果的精确性以及井下电路的可靠性都有影响。因此,潜油电泵井下多参数监测系统通过时序控制电路,采用分时传输的方法,将测量的多参数电流信号与基准电流信号依次通过电缆铠皮传输到地面控制单元,每测量完一组温度、压力、振动的电流信号后校准一次基准电流,使测量的多参数电流信号更加精确、监测系统更加稳定、也消除了井下温度变化引起的基准电流漂移。In this paper,the measurement principle,circuit design and experimental analysis of multi-parameter timesharing transmission reference current of submersible electric pump are carried out.The reference current is the bulk current of the downhole multi-parameter measurement circuit when no load is on.Therefore,downhole esp multi-parameter monitoring system through the sequential control circuit,adopt the method of fractional transfer,each measurement after a set of tem perature,pressure,vibration parameters calibration reference current at a tim e,the result is to measure the multi-parameter benchmark current signal and current signal through the cable armor in turn transmitted to the control unit on the ground,make more precise measurement of multi-parameter current signal,monitoring system is more stable,also eliminates the downhole temperature change caused by the benchmark current drift.
