摘  要:针对装备保障的外场检测设备缺乏机动和便携的综合校准平台的问题,在对大量通用、专用检测设备的工作原理、性能指标进行分析论证的基础上,设计了基于PXI和虚拟仪器技术的某型装备专用检测设备综合校准平台。该综合校准平台最终由多个便携式子系统组成,可根据不同任务需求灵活搭配模块化子系统,组成可重定义功能的特定系统。结果表明,该平台具有技术先进、机动便携,集成度高等突出优点,更加符合新式装备多样化计量保障需求。平台设计与研制过程中,采取必要的可靠性、安全性、维修性、测试性、可溯源性设计措施来保证满足对整机在实际应用中对综合保障的要求。Aiming at the lack of portable and mobile integrated calibration platform for equipment support on-site testing equipment,this paper designs a comprehensive calibration platform for equipment-specific testing equipment based on PXI and virtual instrument technology on the basis of analyzing and demonstrating the working principle and performance index of alarge number of general and special testing equipment.The integrated calibration platform is composed of several portable subsystem s,which can be flexibly collocated with modular subsystems according to different task requirements to form a specific system with redefinable functions.The results show that the platform has the advantages of advanced technology,mobile and portable,high integration,and more in line with the diversified measurement support requirements of new equipment.In the process of platform design and development,necessary reliability,safety,maintainability,testability and traceability design measures are taken to ensure that the requirements of comprehensive support for the whole machine in practical application are met.
