摘  要:从氧化钨原料、钨粉还原、碳化及评价方法等四个方面对超细WC制备关键技术进行综合评述。氧化钨原料的研究重点在于通过改善氧化钨的微观结构,从而提高超细钨粉的分散性和晶粒均匀性;在粒度可控的条件下提高钨粉晶粒生长的完整性,是超细钨粉还原过程最主要的研究方向;改善钨粉的分散性,提高钨粉与炭黑混合的均匀性及接触面积,提高超细碳化钨的结晶完整性并避免形成烧结团聚体是碳化阶段研究的重点;超细碳化钨团聚体微观缺陷分析、EBSD测量超细碳化钨真实晶粒度、合金晶粒度表征超细碳化钨粉末粒度均匀性等是目前超细碳化钨评价方法研究的重点。The key technologies of preparing ultrafine WC are comprehensively reviewed in four aspects, including the raw material of tungsten oxide, reduction of tungsten powder, carbonization and evaluation methods. The research emphasis of tungsten oxide raw materials is to improve the dispersion and grain uniformity of ultrafine tungsten powder by improving the microstructure of tungsten oxide. How to improve the grain growth integrity of tungsten powder under the condition of controllable particle size is the main research direction in the reduction process of ultrafine tungsten powder. Improving the dispersion of tungsten powder, increasing the uniformity and contact area of the mixing tungsten powder and carbon black,thus improving the crystalline integrity of ultrafine tungsten carbide and avoiding the formation of sintered aggregates are the key points in the study of carbonization stage. The analysis of microcosmic defects of ultrafine tungsten carbide aggregates,EBSD measurement of real grain size and characterization of grain size uniformity of ultrafine tungsten carbide powder are the emphases of current evaluation methods for ultrafine tungsten carbide.
