摘 要:随着高铁技术的蓬勃发展,市场对于高铁的需求越来越旺盛,近而对轨道交通装备的制造能力和效率提出了更高的标准和要求。分析了当前轨道交通装备制造领域的不足,利用无线射频识别技术,通过阅读器识别电子标签的信号强度对车间的生产要素进行实时定位,动态监控轨道交通装备制造过程,同时对生产要素进行相应的调度。经过测试,本系统的通信功能和定位功能完全符合装备制造生产车间的需求,同时实现了轨道交通设备生产效率的提高,完善了生产要素管理机制。With the rapid development of high-speed rail technology,the market demand for high-speed railway is more and more vigorous,and higher standards and requirements are put forward for the manufacturing capacity and efficiency of rail transit equipment.This thesis analyzes the deficiencies of current filed,and RFID is used to located the factor of production through the signal strength of the electronic tag recognized by the reader,to dynamically monitor the manufacturing process of rail transit equipment,and to schedule the production factors accordingly.After the test,the communication function and orientation function of this system completely accords with the requirements of the production workshop,can effectively improve the efficiency of rail transit equipment production and improve the factor of production mechanism.
