摘　　要：瑶族习惯法是当前瑶族研究的一个重要主题,学术界有关瑶族习惯法的研究成果主要集中于瑶族习惯法的内容、呈现特点、历史变迁及与国家法的互动等方面。瑶族习惯法的研究近几十年来虽取得了显著的成绩,但是在研究方法及思路上仍然有继续深化和拓展的地方。Yao customary law is an important topic in Yao studies.The research results of Yao customary law in academic circles mainly focus on four aspects:Yao customary law content,characteristics,historical changes and interaction with national law.Although Yao customary law research has made remarkable achievements in recent decades,there are still areas for further deepening and expanding in research methods and ideas.
