摘　　要：山西推拿名宿王中衡老先生创立的王氏小儿通督揉腹手法具有简便易行,安全可靠,疗效确切等优点。从手法的作用机制、操作要求及临床适应证等方面进行了论述,其作用机制是通过特定的手法作用于人体的背部和腹部脏腑经络及腧穴,激发人体正气,达到调节全身脏腑功能、平衡阴阳、调和气血的作用。在临床中既可以单独使用作为小儿保健(强身健体、助长发育、增强免疫力、提高抗病能力)的常用手法,又可以配合小儿某些特定穴位治疗儿科消化系统、呼吸系统、泌尿系统、神经系统等多种疾病。附案例1则,以资验证。Old master WANG Zhongheng,Shanxi tuina legend,established WANG’s infantile dredging governor vessel(GV)and kneading abdomen manipulation,which has the advantages of simple manipulation,reliable safety and definite efficacy etc.This paper discusses from the aspects of action mechanism,manipulation requirements and clinical indications etc.of the manipulation.Its action mechanism is acting on the channels and acupoints of body’s back and abdomen viscera through specific manipulation,and stimulating the body’s vital qi,to achieve the effects of regulating the body viscera function,balancing yin and yang,harmonizing qi and blood.In clinical practice,it can not only be used alone as a common manipulation for children’s health care(strengthening the body,promoting development,enhancing immunity and improving disease resistance),but also can cooperate with children’s specific acupoints for the treatment of pediatric digestive system,respiratory system,urinary system,nervous system and other diseases.One case is attached for verification.
