摘　　要：就近5年儿童感染后咳嗽的治疗进展,分别从西医(发病机制、治疗)、中医(病因病机、内治、外治)和中西医结合3个方面进行了综述,旨在为临床多途径治疗儿童感染后咳嗽提供思路。This paper summarizes the progress in the treatment of children with post-infection cough in recent 5 years from 3 aspects,namely Western medicine(pathogenesis,treatment),traditional Chinese medicine(etiology and pathogenesis,internal treatment and external treatment)and the combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine,aiming at providing ideas for clinical treatment of children with post-infection cough in multiple ways.
