摘 要:钻机系统高效的防卡钎及防空打性能可以显著提高TBM在不良地质条件施工中的支护效果,而TBM现有的钻机系统防卡钎和防空打设计存在对施工人员熟练度要求高、参数设置难度大和效率低的缺点。本文论述了一种新型硬岩锚杆钻机系统的防卡钎和防空打设计方案,根据钻机旋转压力和冲洗水流量两大变量比例控制推进油缸压力流量从而达到防卡钎的效果,同时根据钻机推进油缸有杆腔和无杆腔两者之间压差来实时地控制冲击凿岩压力大小从而达到防空打的设计要求。The efficient performance of the drilling rig system can improve the supporting effect of TBM in unfavorable geological conditions in anti-jamming and preventing invalid drill,but the existing drilling rig system of TBM in design of anti-jamming and preventing invalid drill has shortcomings of high proficiency requirements for the construction personnel,difficulty in setting parameters and low efficiency.In this paper,the author discussed the design scheme of anti-jamming and preventing invalid drill for a new type of hard rock drilling rig system.According to the two variables proportional to the rotary pressure and flushing water flow of the drilling rig,the pressure flow of the cylinder was controlled to achieve the anti-jamming effect.Based on the pressure difference between the rod cavity and the non-rod cavity of the drilling rig,the design requirements of preventing invalid drill were achieved by controlling the pressure of the rock drill in real time.
