摘 要:从开发建设方的角度,以装配式住宅项目为对象,研究建筑信息模型与住宅项目管理的有机结合,提出在项目信息流传递管理中,项目各参建方的管理职责和工作协同方式。首先对数据信息模型在建筑业应用和研究进行简单的梳理归纳,同时分析阐述了装配式建筑在建造过程中出现的新的管理需求,提出BIM技术在装配式结构住宅项目中的应用点。通过上海香榭国际项目开发建设实际运用的案例,对提出的假想进行验证,通过信息集成、碰撞检测、4D模拟等建筑信息模型应用,以及成果数据显示,得出BIM技术和信息流管理的项目协同管理模式实际应用能够显著加快装配式住宅项目工程的施工进度,保证工程质量和控制造价。This paper aimed to study the combination of building information model(BIM)and project management of prefabricated residences.Both management responsibility and coordinated working modes of the project participants were proposed from the view of project developers.The current research and application of the data information model were summarized.The management requirements for the fabricated building during the construction process were discussed.Based on these,the application points of BIM technology in the project management of prefabricated residences were proposed.Through the study of the Shanghai Xiangxie International Project,the proposed hypothesis was verified.In this paper,various methods were employed,including information integration,collision detection,4D simulation and results data display.The results shows the feasibility of the integrated method,which combines the BIM technology and information flow management method.This method could significantly accelerate the construction progress of the prefabricated residences project,ensure the quality of the project and control the cost.
