摘  要:为了及时掌握新病原学阳性肺结核患者耐药筛查工作质量,规范耐药筛查工作,作者采用Power Pivot工具构建耐药筛查辅助监测系统。系统建成后能够按照年、季度等时间条件,区、机构等地域条件生成不同交互维度下新病原学阳性患者耐药筛查报表,并精准生成未进行耐药筛查患者名单。Power Pivot工具作为《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》子系统《结核病信息管理系统》统计模块的辅助和补充,可为灵活、快速、准确反映耐药筛查工作质量提供解决方案。In order to understand the quality of drug resistance screening for new pathogen positive tuberculosis(TB)cases and standardize the drug resistance screening,Power Pivot tool was used in this study to construct a drug resistance screening auxiliary monitoring system.After the construction of the system,it can generate the drug resistance screening reports of new pathogen positive TB patients in different interactive dimensions according to the time conditions such as year,quarter and regional conditions such as region,institution,and accurately generate the list of patients who not screened for drug resistance.As an assistant and supplement to the statistical module of Tuberculosis Information Management System,a subsystem of the China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention,the tool provides a solution to reflect the quality of drug resistance screening work flexibly,quickly and accurately.
