摘　　要：目的探讨血常规相关指标与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的相关性,为OSAHS诊断评估提供新的理论依据。方法回顾性分析2017年1月~2018年12月172例OSAHS患者相关临床资料,比较分析不同病情轻重的OSAHS患者间血常规相关指标的分布特征。结果在不同病情的OSAHS患者中,血常规相关指标中血小板平均体积、血小板分布宽度、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值及血小板/淋巴细胞比值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且重度患者水平明显高于轻度患者,血小板平均体积:重度患者为(12.72±0.69)fL,轻度患者为(10.34±2.28)fL;血小板分布宽度:重度患者为(18.08±2.38)fL,轻度患者为(13.25±1.79)fL;中性粒/淋巴细胞比值:重度患者为1.90±0.12,轻度患者为1.69±0.30;血小板/淋巴细胞比值:重度患者为117.94±6.04,轻度患者为108.46±18.26。结论血常规相关指标在OSAHS的分型中具有重要的意义,可作为临床医师诊断、评估OSAHS病情轻重可靠指标。OBJECTIVE To investigate the correlation between blood-related parameters and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS), and provide a new theoretical basis for the diagnosis and evaluation of OSAHS. METHODS The clinical data of 172 patients with OSAHS from January 2017 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. The distribution characteristics of blood routine test parameters among OSAHS patients with different severity were analyzed. RESULTS There were significant differences in the mean platelet volume, platelet distribution width, neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio and platelet to lymphocyte in blood routine test among different severity of patients with OSAHS(P<0.05), and the levels in the severe patients were significantly higher than those in the mild patients[mean platelet volume: (12.72±0.69)fL vs (10.34±2.28)fL;platelet distribution width: (18.08±2.38)fL vs (13.25±1.79)fL;neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio: 1.90±0.12 vs 1.69±0.30;platelet to lymphocyte: 117.94±6.04 vs 108.46±18.26]. CONCLUSION Blood routine test parameters have important significance in the classification of OSAHS, and can be used as a new reliable indicator for clinicians to diagnosis and evaluation of OSAHS.
