摘 要:视网膜病变作为眼科疾病及视神经损伤的继发性病变,已成为致盲性疾病的主要原因。视网膜病变的致病因素多样,其分子水平改变尚需深入研究。最近研究证实长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)在视网膜的发育、疾病及损伤中发挥着重要的调控作用,已成为研究视网膜病变不可忽视的一类重要分子,一些LncRNA可能成为视网膜疾病诊断或预后的标志物、治疗靶点。Retinopathy, as a secondary disease of ophthalmologic diseases and optic nerve injury, has become main cause of blindness. The pathogenic factors of retinopathy are various and the changes of molecular level need to be further studied. Recent studies has confirmed that long non-coding RNA(LncRNA) plays an important regulatory role in the development of retina, retinal diseases and injuries, and has become an important class of molecules that cannot be ignored in the study of retinopathy. Some LncRNAs may become markers for the diagnosis or prognosis of the retinal diseases and therapeutic targets to the retinal diseases. This paper reviews the regulatory role of LncRNA in the development of retina, and in the retinal diseases and injuries, and hoping to provide new ideas for the study of the retinal diseases and injuries.
