益气复脉注射液治疗老年冠心病并发慢性心力衰竭的安全性评价

摘　　要：目的:分析治疗老年冠心病并发慢性心力衰竭实施益气复脉注射液治疗的安全性。方法:选入我院于2015年12月~2018年1月接受治疗的老年冠心病并发慢性心力衰竭患者110例作为研究对象,运用随机数表法分为观察组和参照组,各55例。参照组行常规方式治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加行益气复脉注射液治疗,对比两组临床效果、不良反应发生率、治疗前后两组左室射血分数、NT-proBNP。结果:①观察组临床效果高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.5833,P=0.0322)。②观察组不良反应发生率7.24%,参照组21.80%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.4286,P=0.0021)。③治疗前两组左室射血分数、NT-proBNP差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗之后,观察组的左室射血分数高于参照组,NT-proBNP低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于老年冠心病并发慢性心力衰竭,采用益气复脉注射液,可提高临床效果,中药成分,用药安全,不良反应低,明显提高生活质量,可推广。Objective:To analyze the safety of Yiqi Fumai injection in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease complicated with chronic heart failure.Methods:110 elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with chronic heart failure who were treated in our hospital from December 2015 to January 2018 were selected as the research object.They were divided into observation group and reference group equally by random number table method,55 cases in each group.The reference group was treated by routine treatment,while the observation group was treated by routine treatment.The clinical effect,adverse reaction rate,left ventricular ejection fraction and brain natriuretic peptide were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:①The clinical effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.5833,P=0.0322).②The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 7.24%and that of the control group was 21.80%.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.6809,P=0.0305).③There was no significant difference in left ventricular ejection fraction and brain natriuretic peptide between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the brain natriuretic peptide was lower than that of the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:For elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with chronic heart failure,Yiqi Fumai injection can improve the clinical effect,Chinese medicine ingredients,drug safety,low rate of adverse reactions,significantly improve the quality of life of patients,and can be popularized and applied.
