辅助类药品使用情况阶段性分析

摘　　要：目的:了解某院第三季度辅助类药品使用情况,分析掌握用药现状和趋势[1],为控制医院药占比,促进临床合理用药、减轻患者经济负担提供参考。方法:通过某院信息管理系统药品统计功能集成平台,收集某院第三季度辅助类药品使用金额排名前10位的药品名称、规格、用药金额以及使用金额排名前三医师所在科室等数据,进行统计分析,并对其使用合理性进行分析和评价,为临床合理调整用药提供参考。结果:第三季度辅助类药品销售金额排序前10位的药品排列顺序为:注射用丹参多酚酸盐、疏血通注射液、血必净注射液、奥拉西坦注射液、大株红景天注射液、注射用磷酸肌酸钠、注射用奥拉西坦、胎盘多肽注射液、参芎葡萄糖注射液、脂溶性维生素/水溶性维生素注射液;前十名中全部为注射液,提高免疫力类药物占10%;维生素类占10%;中成药占40%;心脑血管类药品占80%。结论:某院作为一所三级综合性医院,第三季度辅助类药品用药结构相对合理,但临床科室仍存在无指征使用及超说明书用药现象,提示应当进行适当监管,促进辅助类药物临床安全、有效、经济使用[2]。Objective:To understand the use of adjuvant drugs in a hospital in the third quarter in China,to analyze and master the current situation and trend of drug use,and to provide reference for controlling the proportion of drugs in a hospital in the next stage,promoting rational drug use in clinic and alleviating the economic burden of patients.Methods:Through the platform of drug statistics function integration of a hospital's information management system,the top 10 drug names,specifications,drug use amounts,and the departments where the top three physicians are located in in the third quarter of a hospital were collected for statistical analysis,and the rationality of their use was analyzed and evaluated.The price can provide reference for rational drug use adjustment in the next stage of clinical practice.Results:In the third quarter,the top 10 drugs ranked as salvianolate for injection,Shuxuetong injection,Xuebijing injection,olacetam injection,Dazhu Rhodiola injection,creatine phosphate for injection,olacetam for injection,placental polypeptide injection and Shenxiong grape.Sugar injection,fat-soluble vitamin/water-soluble vitamin injection;all of the top ten were injection,which accounted for 10% of immunity-enhancing drugs;vitamins accounted for 10%;Chinese patent medicine accounted for 40%;cardiovascular and cerebrovascular drugs accounted for 80%.Conclusion:As a tertiary general hospital,the structure of adjuvant drugs in the third quarter is relatively reasonable,but there are still phenomena of unspecified use and over-prescribed drug use in clinical departments,suggesting that the medical unit should carry out appropriate supervision to promote the clinical safe,effective and economical use of adjuvant drugs.
