摘 要:为解决我国西北地区脆弱的生态环境与高强度煤炭开采之间的矛盾,以陕北榆神矿区典型水资源保护性采煤条件为例,研究西北浅埋煤层保水开采技术及其适用性分区。针对榆神矿区地质条件,确定出浅埋煤层采动覆岩导水裂隙带发育高度与保护层有效厚度,得到保水采煤的临界采高,即最大理论允许采高分布状况。系统分析限高开采、(局部)充填开采、窄条带开采等保水采煤条件下的岩层控制理论,及其保水机理与适用条件。在此基础上,进行榆神矿区保水采煤技术的适用性分区。In order to solve the contradiction between the fragile ecological environment and the high intensity coal mining in Northwestern China, with the typical coal mining conditions for protecting water resources as an example, the study about water conservation mining method and its application scope division has been conducted in Yushen mining area in Northern Shaanxi. In view of the geological conditions of Yushen mining area,the development height of water flowing fractured zone and the effective thickness of protective layer of the overlying strata under mining were determined by analysis, then the critical mining height of water conservation mining, i.e. the distribution status of the theoretically maximal allowable mining height has been obtained.The strata control theory, the water retention mechanism and the application conditions of different mining methods under different water conservation mining conditions such as height-limited mining,(partially) filling mining and the narrow strip pillar mining have been analyzed systematically. In view of above conditions,the application scope of water conservation mining technology in Yushen mining area has been divided.
