摘 要:为研究倾斜煤层沿空掘巷窄煤柱垂直及水平应力变化规律受煤柱宽度的影响,以兖矿新疆矿业有限公司硫磺沟煤矿(4-5)06工作面沿空掘巷为原型,采用理论分析、数值模拟及现场监测相结合的研究方法,开展倾斜煤层沿空掘巷窄煤柱力学特征及尺寸效应分析。结果表明,随着煤柱宽度增加,垂直应力与水平应力的峰值呈现逐渐增大的趋势;建立峰值应力随煤柱宽度变化的拟合方程;得到掘进过程中不同宽度煤柱的破坏形式,即煤柱宽度较小时巷道靠近煤柱侧肩角位置与煤柱顶端呈斜切破坏;并针对倾斜厚煤层沿空掘巷窄煤柱的斜切破坏特点,对窄煤柱侧巷道的肩角位置进行加强支护;最终综合分析确定窄煤柱的合理宽度为4m,由现场工程实践表明4m煤柱宽度满足巷道稳定性的要求,有效提升了新疆煤炭资源的利用率,对新疆经济发展及社会长治久安有十分重要的意义。In order to study the influence of coal pillar width on the vertical and horizontal stress variation of narrow coal pillars gob-side entry in inclined coal seams, with the gob-side entry of working face(4-5) 06 in Liuhuanggou Mine, Xinjiang Mining Co Ltd of Yanzhou Mining Group as the engineering background, the mechanical characteristics and size effect analysis of narrow coal pillars gob-side entry in inclined coal seams have been carried out through the combination of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and on-site monitoring. The results have shown that with the increase of coal pillar width, the peaks of vertical stress and horizontal stress is on the gradual increase. The fitting equation of peak stress with coal pillar width has been established as well. The damage form of coal pillars with different widths during excavation has been obtained. That is, when the width of the coal pillar is small, an oblique damage will occur at the position of the side of the roadway near the side of the coal pillar and the top of the coal pillar. Then, the shoulder angle position of the narrow coal pillar side roadway has been strengthened and supported in response to the oblique shear failure characteristics of the narrow coal pillars along the inclined thick coal seam. And finally, the reasonable width of the narrow coal pillar has been determined by comprehensive analysis to be 4 m. The field engineering practice shows that the 4 m coal pillar width can meet the requirements of roadway stability, effectively improving the utilization rate of Xinjiang’s coal resources, and it is of great significance to the economic development and the long-term stability in Xinjiang.
