摘  要:为深入了解煤层吸附变形和解吸变形的差异性,开展了软煤在不同含水率和不同气氛条件下的等温吸附/解吸变形试验,同步测试了气体吸附量。结果表明:升压吸附和降压解吸过程中,软煤具有典型的解吸滞后特征,但解吸应变并非滞后于吸附应变,而是表现为解吸应变超前特征;气体完全解吸后,煤样体积较吸附前减小,与通常意义上的残余变形相反,存在一定的富余变形。煤吸附过程产生的塑性变形是导致解吸应变超前和产生富余变形的根本原因。随着煤样含水率增大和气体吸附性增强,煤的塑性变形能力增强,导致解吸应变超前特征显著,富余变形增大。完全解吸气体后,煤样变形客观存在残余变形、宏观可逆、富余变形3种可能情况。For the sake of in-depth knowledge of the difference between adsorption deformation and desorption deformation of coal, the experiments of isothermal adsorption/desorption with different moisture content and surrounding have been carried out on soft coal. The adsorption deformation and desorption deformation, as well as the gas adsorption quantity were measured. The results have shown that in the process of adsorption and desorption, soft coal samples show typical desorption hysteresis. The desorption strain doesn’t show hysteresis, on the contrary, it presents advanced desorption strain. After the complete desorption, the volume of coal samples decreases compared to the original volume before adsorbing. Contrary to the residual deformation in the general view, a certain redundant deformation appears after desorption. It is the plastic deformation in the adsorption process that results in the advanced desorption strain and redundant deformation. With the increase of moisture content and gas adsorption capacity of coal samples, the plastic deformation ability of the coal increases, which leads to the more obvious characteristics of the advanced desorption strain and the more redundant deformation. After complete desorption, there are three possible situations of coal sample deformation: residual deformation, reversibility in macro process, and redundant deformation.
