摘  要:本文以国家核安全局发布的管理要求为背景,从结构设计、参考标准、焊接质量问题原因分析和改进建议等方面,对国内核电厂核级管道与支管管座(BOSS头)焊缝质量问题进行了探讨分析。BOSS头焊缝在设计和标准上的差异主要表现为焊缝坡口角度大小、是否执行体积检验、在役检查的方法和频度等。BOSS头焊缝缺陷类型主要为未熔合、超标夹渣和气孔。影响BOSS头焊接质量的主要因素有坡口角度设计、焊渣清理、焊工技能和责任心、质量检验方法等。由于BOSS头焊缝的特殊结构,国内核电厂主要采用非标准工艺射线检验方法对其质量进行排查,本文有针对性地提出了提高BOSS头焊缝质量的建议。Based on the background of regulations issued by the National Nuclear Safety Administration(NNSA),this article overall introduces the quality problems of BOSS joints of main pipe and branch pipe in domestic nuclear power plants,including structures design,reference standards,cause analysis of welding quality problems and suggestions for improvement.The main differences of BOSS joints in design and standard are groove angle,volumetric testing,the method and frequency of in-service inspection.The main defect types of BOSS joints are incomplete fusion,super-standard slag inclusion and pores.Groove angle design,slag cleaning,welding personnel skill and quality testing method are main factors which influence quality of BOSS joints.Because of the complex structure,non-standard process radiographic inspection method is mainly used to check the quality of BOSS joints.In summary,this article shows some suggestions to decrease welding defects and improve welding quality.
