摘 要:3D电影一方面屡创票房神话,另一方面饱受诟病,两者形成了一大产业悖论。这一悖论背后隐藏着深刻的产业危机,其根源在于人的利己性由于缺乏产业规范的有效约束而被放大和放纵,艺术家和观众的利益分配失衡,经济关系恶化。破解这一悖论的根本在于匡正人性,关键在于制定和完善艺术法,而完善艺术法的难点在于解决艺术质量标准问题。在艺术法得到完善和遵守的前提下,再谈3D电影艺术质量提升才是有意义的。3D电影艺术构建应以国家为单位,集一国之技术、财力和创造力,挖掘一国之文化宝藏和艺术素材,建立品牌优势,增强国际竞争力。3D films,on the one hand,keep creating box-office myth and have been widely criticized on the other hand,both of which have formed an industry paradox.Behind this paradox,a profound industrial crisis exits,rooted in the fact that people s egocentricity has caused the disasters due to the lack of effective constraints of industrial regulation,the imbalance of interest distribution between artists and audiences,and the deterioration of economic relations.The solution to this paradox lies in correcting human nature,the key point of which is formulating and perfecting art law that has difficulties in solving the problems of art quality standard.On the premise that the art law has been improved and complied with,it is meaningful to talk about the improvement of the art quality of 3D films.The construction of 3D film art can be done by combining a country s technology,financial resources and creativity,excavating a country s cultural treasures and artistic materials,building brand advantages and enhancing international competitiveness.
