开关变压器软启动装置在高压电机起动中的应用

摘　　要：在化工企业生产中,将开关变压器作为频繁或重载大惯性负载起动的高压电机软启动装置可以达到起动稳定、安全可靠、节能高效的目的。以聚氯乙烯装置应用为例,阐述开关变压器软启动装置的构成、特点,结合生产实际提出了应用开关变压器软启动装置的改进方案及措施,开关变压器软启动装置应用效果良好。In the production of chemical enterprises,the switch transformer was used as the soft startup control equipment of the high voltage motor with frequent start or large inertia heavy load.The purposes of stable start,safe and reliable,energy saving and high efficiency of the unit were obtained.Taking the application in polyvinyl chloride unit as an example,structure and characteristics of the switch transformer with soft startup control equipment were described,improved scheme and measures for the switch transformer were put forward combing with actual production,and good application effect was obtained.
