摘  要:采用微库仑法测定轻石脑油中氯含量,考察了微库仑分析仪的操作参数对测定结果的影响。WK-2D型微库仑分析仪的较佳工作条件为:偏压250~260 mV,积分电阻6 kΩ,氮气流量200 mL/min,氧气流量180 mL/min,进样速度0.5~0.6μL/s。在此条件下,1~10 mg/L不同浓度的4个氯标准样品的回收率为96%~105%,准确度满足要求。试验分别重复测定6次的相对标准偏差小于5%,可满足轻石脑油中微量氯含量测定的需要。The chlorine content in naphtha was determined by microcoulometry method, and influences of the operating parameters of the microcoulometry analyzer on the test results were investigated. The results showed that the optimum work conditions of the microcoulometry analyzer were as follows: the bias voltage was 250~260 mV, the integral resistance was 6 kΩ, the nitrogen flow was 200 mL/min, the oxygen flow was 180 mL/min, sample injection rate was 0.5~0.6 μL/s. Under the previously mentioned conditions, recovery rate of four standard samples with chlorine content from 1~10 mg/L were 96%~105%, the accuracy met the requirement. The relative standard deviation of the repeated determination for six times was less than 5%, which met test requirement of the determination of trace chlorine in light naphtha.
