摘 要:为探究金佛山方竹不同冠层枝叶动态生长规律,构建枝叶生长发育模型,为金佛山方竹科学培育和水肥管理提供理论依据。以贵州省遵义市顶箐山的金佛山方竹天然林为实验对象,建立枝长-节间长拟合方程,运用Richards方程对枝叶生长的实测数据进行曲线拟合,以生理发育时间为预测变量,构建生长发育时间动态模型。结果表明:所有动态生长模型R^2值均在0.98以上,残差符合正态分布;金佛山方竹不同冠层枝叶生长进程均呈现"慢-快-慢"的生长规律;不同冠层枝长、节间长、叶长以及叶宽的潜在最大值呈现上、中层大于下层;不同冠层枝条随节位数增加节间长均呈现先增大后减小趋势;枝叶发育规律均表现为自上而下萌发,并于同一时间停止生长。金佛山方竹不同冠层枝叶起始发育时间、生长速率不同,枝长、叶长、叶宽潜在最大值不同,这与金佛山方竹适应环境的生存策略有关;Richards生长曲线能较好的拟合金佛山方竹枝叶动态成长过程,为金佛山方竹科学培育,水肥管理提供科学依据。In order tosearch for the law of leaf and branch growth of Chimonobombusa utilis at different layers,a model of leaf and branch growth was constructed,providing theoretical reference for scientific cultivation,irrigation and fertilization management of Chimonobabusa utilis.The natural forest of Chimonobombusa utilis in Dingqing Mountain,Zunyi City,Guizhou Province was taken as an experimental object,and a fitting equation of branch length internode length was constructed.The curve fitting of measured data of branch and leaf growth was conducted by means of Richards equation,and then the dymamic growth model was constructed.The result showed that all the determination coefficients R^2 of the growth model were above 0.98,the residuals conformed to normal distribution;the growth process of its branches and leaves in different canopy layers showed a"slowfast-slow"growth pattern;the potential maximum values of branch length,internode length,leaf length and leaf width in different canopy layers were larger in the upper and middle layers than in the lower layers;the internode length of the branches in different canopy layers increased first and then decreased with the increase of node number;The development of branches and leaves showed that they germinated from top to bottom and stopped growing at the same time.The potential maximum values of its branch length,leaf length and leaf width were different in different canopy layers,which was related to the survival strategies of Chimonobabusa utilis adapted to the environment.Richards growth curve can well fit the dynamic growth process of branches and leaves of Chimonobombusa utilis,and provide scientific reference for cultivation,irrigation and fertilization management of Chimonobabusa utilis.
