摘 要:传统单斗-卡车间断工艺开采坑底薄煤层将增大整个露天矿的平均运距,使开采成本显著增加。提出了机械铲直接倒堆工艺,研究工艺的流程,并对其作业参数进行理论推导,得出此工艺的应用条件是剥离体厚度不超过9 m,煤层厚度不超过3.5 m,并进行了设备选型优化。以某露天煤矿为实例,开采坑底薄煤层的剥采比为2.23 m^3/t,采用此工艺减少上部剥离及采煤台阶内排运距75 m,降低了开采坑底薄煤层的成本。The traditional single-deck-truck break process mining thin coal seam at the bottom of the pit will increase the average distance of the entire open-pit mine, resulting in a significant increase in mining costs. The article proposes the mechanical shovel direct dumping process, studies the process flow, and theoretically derives the operating parameters. The application conditions of the process are that the thickness of the stripping body does not exceed 9 m, the thickness of the coal seam does not exceed 3.5 m, and then the equipment selection is carried out optimization. Finally, taking the open-pit coal mine as an example, the stripping ratio of the thin coal seam at the bottom of the pit is 2.23 m^3/t, which reduces the upper stripping and the drainage distance within the coal mining step by 75 m, and reduces the cost of the thin coal seam at the bottom of the mining pit.
