摘 要:新的产业技术革命实践表明,将电子信息技术、绿色生态技术、基因工程技术、细胞工程技术和酶工程技术等广泛深入地引入现代农业生产全过程,以技术进步、业态创新推进农业现代化、高端化、智能化和融合化,从根本上改造传统农业,推进战略新兴农业发展,是实施乡村振兴战略、开创产业兴旺新局面的必然路径。发展战略新兴农业,数字和智慧农业是突破口,绿色和生态农业是关键点,生物和有机农业是着力点。The practice of new industrial technology revolution shows that the electronic information technology,green ecological technology,genetic engineering technology,cell engineering technology and enzyme engineering technology are widely and deeply introduced into the whole process of modern agricultural production,and the agricultural modernization,high-end,intelligent and integration are promoted by technological progress and industrial innovation,so as to fundamentally transform traditional agriculture and promote the development of the strategic emerging agriculture.It is an inevitable way to implement the strategy of rural revitalization and create a new situation of industrial prosperity.In developing strategic emerging agriculture,digital and smart agriculture are the breakthrough points,green and ecological agriculture are the key points,and biological and organic agriculture are the focus points.
