摘　　要：制造业是实体经济的主体,是科技创新的主战场,是供给侧结构性改革的重点领域。2019年8月29日,工业和信息化部印发了《关于促进制造业产品和服务质量提升的实施意见》,《实施意见》强调了质量声明、企业社会责任和质量诚信体系建设等事关制造业产品和服务质量提升的重点工作,为推动我国制造业质量工作转型发展提供了关键性的指导意见。Manufacturing is the main body of the real economy,the main battlefield of technological innovation,and the key area of supply-side structural reform.On August 29,2019,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the"Implementation Opinions on Improving the Quality of Manufacturing Products and Services".The implementation opinions emphasized the key work related to the quality improvement of products and services in manufacturing industry,such as quality statement,corporate social responsibility and quality integrity system construction,which provided key guidance for promoting the transformation and development of quality work in China's manufacturing industry.
