人工流产手术的患者实施计划生育技术服务的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究计划生育技术服务在人工流产手术患者中进行应用的临床效果。方法方便选取2017年1月—2018年1月在该院进行人工流产的患者320例,将他们随机分为研究组和对照组,各160例,对照组患者进行常规术后指导,研究组患者在此基础上进行计划生育技术服务指导,比较两组患者避孕节育知识的掌握情况、术后主动避孕率以及再次出现意外妊娠和人工流产情况。结果术前两组患者评分分别为(5.19±1.21)分、(5.22±1.09)分,术后分别为(9.14±1.33)分、(5.77±1.18)分,术后两组患者对避孕及节育知识的掌握程度均有了一定程度的提高,但研究组患者相关知识的评分情况显著高于对照组(t=23.975,P=0.013);研究组、对照组患者术后主动避孕率分别为97.50%和78.13%,在主动避孕率方面研究组患者显著高于对照组(χ^2=28.060、P=0.003);研究组患者术后再次出现意外怀孕和人工流产的比例分别为5.00%和2.50%,对照组患者则分别为23.13%和21.88%,研究组明显低于对照组(χ^2=21.750、28.060,P=0.000、0.001)。结论对进行人工流产的患者实施计划生育技术服务指导能够有效改善患者对避孕节育知识的掌握情况,提高主动避孕率,减少意外妊娠和人工流产的发生,具有较为理想的应用效果,可以在临床上进行广泛的推广和应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of family planning technology service in patients undergoing induced abortion.Methods Convenient elected 320 cases of induced abortion in the hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group,160 cases in each group.Patients in control group received routine post-operative guidance,while patients in study group received family planning technical service guidance on this basis.The mastery of contraceptive knowledge,the rate of active contraception after operation and the re-emergence of the two groups were compared.Accidental pregnancy and induced abortion are now reported.Results The scores of the two groups before operation were(5.19±1.21)points and(5.22±1.09)points,respectively(9.14±1.33)points and(5.77±1.18)points.The postoperative group had contraceptive and birth control knowledge.The mastery degree of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=23.975,P=0.013).The active contraceptive rate of the study group and the control group was 97.50%.And 78.13%,in the active contraceptive rate,the study group was significantly higher than the control group(χ^2=28.060,P=0.003);the proportion of patients with recurrent pregnancy and induced abortion in the study group was 5.00%and 2.50%,respectively.The patients in the group were 23.13%and 21.88%,respectively,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(χ^2=21.750,28.060,P=0.000,0.001).Conclusion Family planning technical service guidance for patients undergoing induced abortion can effectively improve their knowledge of contraception,improve the rate of active contraception,reduce the occurrence of unwanted pregnancy and induced abortion.It has ideal application effect and can be widely promoted and applied in clinic.
