摘 要:目的探讨孕妇阴道分泌物常规检查结果。方法方便选取2017年2月—2018年8月该院检查的1500例妊娠妇女作为研究对象,对其阴道分泌物进行常规检查,检查后评估清洁度异常检出率、正常清洁率及真菌、线索细胞及滴虫阳性检出率,且观察真菌、线索细胞及滴虫阳性检出率。结果1500例妊娠妇女经清洁度判断后异常检出率21.20%(清洁为Ⅲ度共295例、Ⅳ度共23例)显著低于正常清洁率78.80%(清洁为Ⅰ度共830例、Ⅱ度共352例),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=67.953,P=0.001);妊娠中期的真菌阳性率14.40%%显著高于妊娠早期真菌阳性率6.00%及晚期真菌阳性率10.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.989、4.519,P<0.05);妊娠早期线索细胞阳性率3.00%、晚期线索细胞阳性率6.00%低于妊娠中期线索细胞阳性率9.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=15.957、3.243,P<0.05);妊娠早期滴虫阳性率0.20%、晚期滴虫阳性率1.00%低于妊娠中期滴虫阳性率4.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=17.559、9.231,P<0.05);妊娠早期滴虫阳性率与妊娠晚期相比,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=2.683,P=0.104)。早期妊娠Ⅰ-Ⅱ度中真菌5例、线索细胞1例、滴虫0例,Ⅲ度中真菌23例、线索细胞13例、滴虫1例,Ⅳ度中真菌5例、线索细胞2例、滴虫0例;中期妊娠Ⅰ-Ⅱ度中真菌5例、线索细胞2例、滴虫1例,Ⅲ度中真菌55例、线索细胞37例、滴虫15例,Ⅳ度中真菌15例、线索细胞6例、滴虫4例;晚期妊娠Ⅰ~Ⅱ度中真菌3例、线索细胞2例、滴虫0例,Ⅲ度中真菌41例、线索细胞26例、滴虫4例,Ⅳ度中真菌6例、线索细胞2例、滴虫1例。结论妇科炎症是女性特有疾病之一,具有较高的患病率,尤其是在妊娠期间,以妊娠中期的发病率最高,其次为妊娠晚期、早期,为此妊娠妇女定期进行常规检查十分重要,且注意个人卫生,避免不洁性交,对降低妇科炎症的发生率具有积极作用。Objective To investigate the results of routine examination of vaginal secretions in pregnant women.Methods A total of 1,500 pregnant women from February 2017 to August 2018 were convenient enrolled in the study.The vaginal secretions were routinely examined.After the examination,the abnormal cleanliness rate,normal cleanliness rate,fungi,clue cells and drops were evaluated.The positive rate of insects was detected,and the positive detection rate of fungi,clue cells and trichomoniasis was observed.Results The abnormal detection rate of 1,500 pregnant women after the cleanliness was 21.20%(295 for the degree of cleanliness and 23 cases for the IV)was significantly lower than the normal cleanup rate of 78.80%(cleaning is 830 cases of I degree,352 cases of II degree),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=67.953,P=0.001);the positive rate of fungi in the second trimester is 14.40%is significantly higher than the fungal positive rate of 6.00%in early pregnancy.The positive rate of late fungi was 10.00%(χ^2=10.989,4.519,P<0.05);the positive rate of clue cells in early pregnancy was 3.00%,the positive rate of late clue cells was 6.00%,and the positive rate of clue cells was 9.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=15.957,3.243,P<0.05);the positive rate of trichomoniasis in early pregnancy was 0.20%,the positive rate of late trichomoniasis was 1.00%lower than the positive rate of trichomoniasis in the second trimester,4.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=17.559,9.231,P<0.05);the positive rate of trichomoniasis in early pregnancy was no statistically significant different from that in late pregnancy(χ^2=2.683,P=0.104).There were 5 cases of fungal I-II degree in early pregnancy,1 case of clue cells,0 case of trichomoniasis,23 cases of fungi in III degree,13 cases of clue cells,1 case of trichomoniasis,5 cases of fungi in 4 degrees,2 cases of clue cells,There were 0 cases of trichomoniasis,5 cases of fungi in I-II degree,2 cases of clue cells,1 case of trichomoniasis,55 cases
