壮医治疗呼吸道肿瘤的用药规律

摘　　要：目的:探析壮医治疗呼吸道肿瘤的用药规律。方法:从文献和著作中收集壮医治疗呼吸道肿瘤的方药,统一规范药名,建立药物数据库,采用频数分析法对壮医治疗呼吸道肿瘤用药的使用频次、功效和药性进行统计分析。结果:白花蛇舌草、七叶一枝花、夏枯草等11味壮药使用频数达15次以上;寒性药物使用频率最高,达54.76%,其次为平缓药和温性药,分别占15.96%、11.93%;用药类别频数排前三位为解毒药、通两路药和补虚药,分别占57.17%、15.37%、14.57%。结论:壮医治疗呼吸道肿瘤用药多有共识,喜用寒性药物,侧重解毒,善于通调道路,解毒药、通两路药和补虚药是壮医治疗呼吸道肿瘤的常用药,注重攻补兼施。Objective To analyze the medication rule of Zhuang medicine in the treatment of“airway”tumors.Methods From the literature and works,collect the prescriptions of Zhuang medicine for treating“airway”tumors,standardize the names of drugs,establish a drug database,and use frequency analysis method to count the frequency,efficacy and drug use of Zhuang medicine in the treatment of“airway”tumor drugs.analysis.Results The frequency of 11-flavored medicines such as Hedyotis diffusa,Aesculus,and Prunella vulgaris was more than 15 times.The frequency of cold drugs was the highest,reaching 54.76%,followed by mild drugs and warm drugs,accounting for 15.96%,respectively.11.93%;the top three doses of the drug category were antidote,two-way drug and tonic medicine,accounting for 57.17%,15.37%,and 14.57%,respectively.Conclusion Zhuang medical treatment of“airway”tumors,there is a consensus on medication,like cold drugs,focus on detoxification,good at harmonizing the road,antidote,dredge two drugs and tonic medicine is a common medicine for the treatment of airway tumors.Focus on attack and compensation.
