西医联合加减当归芍药散治疗肝郁脾虚型黄褐斑38例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察西医联合加减当归芍药散治疗肝郁脾虚型黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:75例女性黄褐斑患者,按照随机原则分为2组,治疗组38例予加减当归芍药散、纳晶微针导入靓肤原液外用;对照组37例予维生素C、维生素E口服联合纳晶微针导入靓肤原液外用,治疗12周,观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为86.8%,对照组总有效率为62.2%,两组治疗疗效相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在临床研究过程中,均未见不良反应发生。结论:西医联合加减当归芍药散治疗肝郁脾虚型黄褐斑患者具有较好的疗效,且无明显不良反应发生,可作为黄褐斑治疗的有效方法进行推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Angelica and Peony Powder combined with western medicine in the treatment of chloasma with the syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency.Methods 78 chloasma patients with the syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency were collected and randomly divided into two groups.38 cases in the treatment group were treated with Danggui Shaoyao Powder,and Nanjing microneedle was introduced into Liangfu original solution for external use,while 37 cases in the control group were treated with vitamin C and vitamin E combined with NAC for external use.After 12 weeks of treatment,The clinical efficiency of the two groups was observed.Results The total effective rates were 86.8%in the treatment group and 62.2%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups in the efficacy(P<0.05).In the course of this clinical study,no adverse reactions were found.Conclusion The combination of modified Angelica and Peony Powder and western medicine had a good curative effect on chloasma patients with the syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency,and no obvious adverse reactions were found.This strategy can be popularized as an effective method for chloasma.
