摘　　要：分析渣罐在设计、生产及使用等过程中损坏的4种原因,根据渣罐特点,结合生产工艺,通过合理控制转炉炉型、连铸浇余等工艺优化,对渣罐筋板、罐底设计进行改造,增加防粘涂层等措施,达到了延长渣罐使用寿命、减少转炉出钢渣罐次数的目的,促进工艺稳定运行,降低生产成本,减少安全隐患。Four causes of damage of slag pot in design,production and use are analyzed.According to the characteristics of slag pot and combined with production technology,through reasonable control of converter mould and casting residue,modification of slag pot rib and bottom design,increase of anti-sticking coating,etc.,the purpose of prolonging the service life of slag pot,reducing the number of slag pots such as converter tapping is achieved,promoting stable operation of process,reducing production cost and reducing hidden safety hazards.
