摘  要:目的:调查危重症患者家属需求,为制定相应的对策、提高医疗护理服务质量提供理论依据。方法:选取128例危重症患者家属作为研究对象,采用危重患者家属需求量表进行问卷调查。结果:危重患者家属的病情保证维度的心理需求排名第一,平均(3.79±0.21)分,其中非常重要项占93.7%;获取信息维度排在第二位,平均(3.65±0.42)分,非常重要项占68.8%;最低是自身舒适维度,平均(2.45±0.22)分,其中希望家属休息室内有舒适的休息设备需求的条目排在首位,非常重要占47.7%;不同性别、年龄组、文化教育程度、与患者关系、付费方式对获得信息、病情保证等方面的心理需求不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医护人员应重视医患沟通,增强主动沟通意识,建立多种沟通平台,分析患者家属的心理特点,根据实际情况对不同的患者家属采取个性化的服务,满足患者家属各项合理的生理心理需求,从而提高医疗护理的工作质量及家属的服务满意度,避免医疗纠纷的发生。Objective:To investigate the needs of family members of critical patients and provide theoretical basis for formulating corresponding countermeasures and improving the quality of medical care services.Method:A total of 128 family members of critical patients were selected as the research objects,and the critical care family needs inventory(CCFNI)was used for questionnaire survey.Result:The psychological needs of the family members of critical patients ranked first in assurance dimension,with an average score of(3.79±0.21),of which very important item accounted for 93.7%.Information dimension was in second place,with an average score of(3.65±0.42),of which very important item accounted for 68.8%.The lowest was comfort dimension,with an average score of(2.45±0.22),of which the item that patients hope that there were comfortable rest facilities in the lounge for family members ranked first,and the very important item accounted for 47.7%.The psychological needs of different gender,age group,education level,relationship with patients,payment method for information scale and assurance scale were different,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Medical staff should attach importance to doctor-patient communication,enhance the consciousness of active communication,establish various communication platforms,analyze the psychological characteristics of family members of patients,adopt personalized service according to the actual situation for different family members of patients,meet the reasonable physiological and psychological needs of family members of patients,so as to improve the quality of medical care work and service satisfaction of family members,avoid the occurrence of medical disputes.
