整体责任制护理在无痛分娩助产中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:研究对无痛分娩产妇实施责任制整体护理的效果。方法:将70例无痛分娩产妇纳入本次试验,采用随机数字表法将其中35例纳入常规组,剩余35例纳入整体组,在助产过程中分别实施常规护理和整体责任制护理,统计并比较两组产妇护理干预前后的心理状态、剖宫产率及母婴并发症发生率。结果:干预前组间焦虑、抑郁评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后整体组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于常规组(P<0.05);整体组剖宫产率5.71%,低于常规组的17.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);整体组母婴并发症发生率2.86%,低于常规组的11.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对无痛分娩产妇实施责任制整体护理,可以帮助其构建良好心理状态,利于其剖宫产率及母婴并发症发生率的降低,是一种较为理想的无痛分娩助产护理方式。Objective:To study the effects of holistic primary nursing during painless labor.Method:A total of 70 women underwent painless labor were selected and randomly assigned to the routine group(n=35)and the holistic group(n=35).Patients were served with routine nursing and holistic primary nursing,respectively.The mental state,cesarean section rate and mother-child complication rate were counted.Result:Before intervention,anxiety and depression scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after intervention,related scores in the holistic group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05);Cesarean section rate in holistic group(5.71%)was lower than routine group(17.14%),the difference was significant(P<0.05);the mother-child complication rate in holistic group(2.86%)was lower than routine group(11.43%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the spontaneous labor,the holistic primary nursing is conducive to establish the fine mental state,and reduce cesarean section rate and mother-child complication rate.It is of great importance in clinical practice.
