摘　　要：目的:探究胫骨Pilon骨折应用锁定加压钢板内固定治疗的效果。方法:选取胫骨Pilon骨折患者94例,采用摸球法分为A组(锁定加压钢板内固定)和B组(开放钢板内固定),各47例,术后2个月观察效果。结果:A组治疗优良率为95.74%,高于B组的78.72%,A组并发症发生率为2.13%,低于B组的17.02%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组住院时间、愈合时间均短于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后A组疼痛评分低于B组及治疗前,运动功能评分及步行能力评分均高于B组及治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胫骨Pilon骨折应用锁定加压钢板内固定治疗的效果显著,具有较高临床推广价值。Objective:To investigate the effect of internal fixation of tibial Pilon fracture with locking compression plate.Method:A total of 94 patients with tibial Pilon fracture were selected and divided into the group A(locking compression plate internal fixation)and the group B(open plate internal fixation)by touch ball method,47 cases each.The effects were observed 2 months after operation.Result:The excellent and good rate of treatment in group A was 95.74%,higher than 78.72%in group B,the complication rate in group A was 2.13%,lower than 17.02%in group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospital stay and healing time of group A were shorter than those of group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,pain scores of group A were lower than those of group B and before treatment,motor function scores and walking ability scores were higher than those of group B and before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Internal fixation of tibial Pilon fracture with locking compression plate is effective and has high clinical value.
