摘　　要：目的:探讨超声引导下改良塞丁格技术植入改良外周静脉中长导管的临床应用效果。方法:选取160例因各种原因需中长期输液患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各80例。对照组采用超声引导下改良塞丁格技术植入标准三相瓣膜PICC导管,观察组采用超声引导下改良塞丁格技术植入改良外周静脉中长导管。比较两组静脉导管留置时间、满意度、并发症与不良事件发生率。结果:两组静脉导管留置时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组并发症与不良事件发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导改良下塞丁格技术植入改良外周静脉中长导管与标准三相瓣膜PICC导管均能够满足患者输液流量和留置时间需求,并发症少。但由于改良外周静脉中长导管具有价格低、性能好、患者满意度更高、不需要拍片定位等优点,更值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of ultrasound-guided implanted modified mid-length catheter of peripheral venous with modified Seldinger technique.Method:One hundred and sixty patients with moderate to long-term infusion for various reasons were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was implanted with a standard three-phase valve PICC catheter under ultrasound-guided modified Seldinger technique.The observation group was implanted with modified mid-length catheter of peripheral venous under ultrasoundguided modified Seldinger technique.Catheter indwelling time,patients’satisfaction,incidences of complications and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Result:The venous catheter indwelling time was compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidences of complications and adverse events were compared between the two groups,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implanting with modified mid-length catheter of peripheral venous and standard three-phase valve PICC catheter under ultrasound-guided modified Seldinger technique can meet the needs of infusion flow and indwelling time and have fewer complications.However,because of modified mid-length catheter of peripheral venous with lower price,good performance,higher patients’satisfaction,no need for radiograph positioning,it is more worthy of clinical application.
