摘 要:目的:探究IKAP模式为指导的家长健康教育在急性感染性多发性神经根炎患儿中的应用价值。方法:选取2017年2月-2019年6月笔者所在医院收治的50例急性感染性多发性神经根炎患儿为研究对象,依据护理方式的不同分为对照组(常规健康教育组,25例)和观察组(IKAP模式为指导的家长健康教育组,25例)。比较两组健康教育前后ISLQ评分、家长疾病认知度及住院时间。结果:健康教育前两组ISLQ评分及家长疾病认知度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),健康教育后观察组ISLQ评分及家长疾病认知度均优于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:IKAP模式为指导的家长健康教育在急性感染性多发性神经根炎患儿中的应用价值较高,有助于患儿生活质量及家长疾病认知度的提升。Objective:To investigate the application value of parent health education guided by IKAP model in the children with acute infectious polyradiculoneuropathy.Method:A total of 50 children with acute infectious polyradiculoneuropathy from February 2017 to June 2019 were chosen for the research,and they were divided into the control group(conventional health education group,25 cases)and the observation group(parent health education guided by IKAP model group,25 cases)according to the difference of nursing modes.Then the ISLQ scores and patriarchal disease cognition before and after the health education,hospitalization time of two groups were compared.Result:There was no significant difference in ISLQ score and parents’disease cognition between the two groups before health education(P>0.05).After health education,the ISLQ score and parents’disease cognition in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of parent health education guided by IKAP model in the children with acute infectious polyradiculoneuropathy is higher,and it is helpful for the improvement of children’s life quality and patriarchal disease cognition.
