地方高校优秀辅导员人格特质解析——基于浙江省100名优秀辅导员获得者的实证研究

摘　　要：文章采用中国大五人格问卷简版,对浙江省2016年获得省级优秀辅导员称号的100名辅导员和114名普通辅导员作为对照组进行测量。结果表明,与普通辅导员相比,优秀辅导员在尽责性和宜人性上表现出显著性;优秀辅导员在人口统计学诸多变量上,只在学历和工作年限上表现出显著性,学历对优秀辅导员的神经质人格有显著影响,工作年限对优秀辅导员大五人格有显著影响,并提出了相应的建议。In this paper,100 counselors and 114 ordinary counselors of Zhejiang province who won the title of excellent counselors at the provincial level in 2016 were measured as the control group by using the simplified version of the big five personality questionnaire.The results showed that compared with ordinary counselors,excellent counselors showed remarkable conscientiousness and agreeableness.In terms of many demographic variables,excellent counselors only showed a significant effect on their educational background and working experience.Education background had a significant impact on their neurotic personality,while working experience had a significant impact on their big five personality.At last,the corresponding suggestions were put forward.
